Sylwia Kopczyńska, Michał Maćkowiak, and Jerzy Nawrocki (2009)

In: Software Engineering Techniques in Progress, ed. by Huzar Z., Nawrocki J., Szpyrka M., pp. 169-179, AGH University of Science and Technology Press.

It is commonly known that in every IT project the requirements engi- neering process deserves careful attention. The authors’ work focuses on a part of this process – non-functional requirements elicitation. The elicitation problems are discussed and solutions to them are presented. The described approach aims at providing non-functional requirements of good-enough quality in time-efficient manner. The solutions have been initially evaluated within real projects in a form of a case study. The obtained results are promising.
