- Guidelines for Developing SRS
- Goal of this project, realized in co-operation with the Poznan City Hall, was to provide guidelines for development of software requirements specifications (especially when bid of tender procedure is involved).
- XPrince Consortium
- Since 2004 we have been co-operating within the XPrince Consortium in order to develop the XPrince methodology
- InMoST
- The aim of the project was to build cooperation network between Institute of Computing Science (Poznan University of Technology) and software development companies from the Wielkopolska district. The InMoST network is supposed to support knowledge transfer concerning Software Engineering methods and tools.
- Functional Size Measurement with IFPUG FPA
- We provide training related to functional size measurement with IFPUG Function Point Analysis method for organizations.
